Deleting a patient permanently deletes a patient’s profile. Deleting a patient does not delete information on a patient’s past or future rides. Note: if a patient has future rides scheduled, they must be manually deleted.
To delete a patient:
- Navigate to the PATIENTS tab.
- Type the patient’s first and last name into the search field and select it from the list that appears below. Selecting the patient’s name will populate the edit patient form.
- On the BASIC tab, select “Delete this patient”.
If a patient’s profile is accidentally deleted, please contact Ride Health Support at (833) 267-7433.
