Specifying the Patient's Preferred Facility

1.  If there is a location the patient needs rides to frequently, you can designate this location as a preferred facility. If you do not wish to designate a preferred facility, click Skip.

2.  In the ADDRESS field, specify the address of the patient’s preferred facility.

3.  Type to search for the address you are looking for. Be sure to enter the entire address including city and state, then select the correct address from the list that is generated. You can also search by the facility name (for example, Philadelphia General Hospital).

4.  When you select an address, the map below will display the corresponding location. You can move the red pin on the map to specify the exact coordinates that will be passed on the driver. For example, if you want the driver to navigate to the main entrance of the hospital when they arrive at this location, you can move the pin to that exact spot.

5.  If there is important information that needs to be conveyed to drivers when they pick the patient up at this facility, enter this information into the PICKUP NOTES field. For example, “Darius will be waiting for you outside of the emergency entrance.”

6.  If there is important information that needs to be conveyed to drivers when they drop the patient off at this facility, enter this information into the DROP OFF NOTES field. For example, “Please drop Darius off in front under the main entrance.”

7.  Click Continue.
