How to Edit Patient Profile
Follow
- Navigate to the Patients tab in the Ride Health Portal.
- Type the patient’s first and last name into the search field and select the patient from the list that is generated below.
- Selecting a patient populates the current patient information.
- Edit/update the appropriate patient information by clicking through the tabs at the top of the screen.
- If any changes are made to the patient’s profile, click “Save & Continue” to record these changes.
