How to Create a Patient

1. Patient creation can be completed through ride creation. 
2. On the Dashboard View, navigate to and click the green “New Trip Request” button located in the upper left-hand corner to generate the Trip Request Form.
3. In the Patient Information section, “Who is the Trip for?”,  the User can type to search for and select existing patients, who can be selected. IF a Patient does not exist the User can select “Create new patient” after typing in the patient’s name.
4.  The Patient Information will save to the patient’s profile.
5. The User populates the information: First name, Last Name, Language, Phone number, & Date of Birth, MRN (If Applicable). 
6. The workflow will take the User into Ride Creation. [See Ride Creation]
