On this page, you can view the full summary of the ride(s) you are creating.
1. You will see a complete summary for the ride that has been created including the patient’s name, type of ride (on-demand or scheduled), time of ride (if scheduled ride), date of ride and dropoff/pickup addresses. The summary also includes the communication preferences for the ride as well as the estimated cost.
2. If there are multiple stops, the summary for each ride will be listed in order. (example: Ride #1, Ride #2, etc.)
3. Ensure that each ride summary is correct. If edits need to be made, click Previous Section, until you’ve reached the appropriate tab that needs editing.
4. Specify whether the ride(s) you are creating repeat or do not repeat. By default, this is set to not repeat.
If the ride is to repeat, select repeat and pick which days the ride is set to repeat on until a specified date. For example: if a patient has a ride from their home to a specific facility at 12 PM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday until January 1st, you would select MON, WED, FRI and click the calendar icon to select the date that the ride repetition will end. Rides on the days selected will be created automatically.
NOTE: if the ride is set to repeat, the addresses and pickup times will remain the same across all future rides that are automatically created. If you need to make a change to a future ride that has been created, see {{how to edit ride article}}.
5. If the summary is correct and all tabs are filled out accordingly, select Continue and the ride will be created.
