What are reports?
Reports allow users to view and download details regarding ride usage and ride spend.
Downloading Reports
How do I download ride data?
1. Navigate to the RIDES tab (NOTE: Not all users will have access to the RIDES tab. Your organization decides which users require access).
2. To filter by time frame, select the listed date range to generate a calendar window.
3. Click on the dates in the calendar to specify the start and end date of the time frame you wish to download.
4. If you would like to download information for one specific patient, type the patient's name in the search field and press enter. If you want to download information for ALL patients, leave the search field blank.
5. If you would like to download information by ride status, type the desired ride status in the search field and press enter.
5. Select EXPORT AS CSV.
6. The report will download to your computer as a CSV file.

Confirmed: Ride is scheduled with a transportation provider Arranged: A future will-call ride is scheduled but not available for the passenger to request yet (opens for 24 hour window on scheduled day). Active: Will-call ride is available for a passenger to request. In Progress Stages Requesting: On-demand vehicle is being requested. Matching: An Uber driver is being identified (Uber-specific). Pickup: Driver is on the way to pickup location. Waiting: Driver has arrived at the pickup location. Enroute: Passenger is picked up by driver and on the way to the destination. End Stages Completed: Ride Complete as expected Failed: Driver was unable to connect with passenger. Cancelled: Ride Cancelled by Organization Rejected: Passenger cancelled or declined the ride directly. Closed: Will-call ride that the passenger did not request. |
