First Log-in
1. After completing the user training, you will receive a welcome email that includes:
- Link to your organization's Ride Health Portal
- Username
- Temporary password
2. Follow the link to navigate to the log-in page of your organization's Ride Health Portal.
3. Copy and paste the username and temporary password provided in the email to the corresponding fields in the login page.
4. Click the blue "Login" button to log into the portal.
5. Once inside the Ride Health portal, you will be prompted to change your temporary password to a password that meets the Ride Health password requirements (see below).
Note: This article is for organizations that have NOT enabled single sign-on. If your organization has enabled single sign-on, you will use your credentials (email/username and password) to log into the Ride Health Portal. Please contact your organization's administrator for more information.
Password Requirements
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one number.
How to Reset Password
If your account is locked from 3 failed attempts or you have forgotten your password:
1. Navigate to "If you need to reset your password, click here" and select "click here."
2. This action will bring you to the reset password page. Enter your username and click “Reset Password.”
3. You will receive an email from notifications@ridehealth.com with instructions for logging in and creating a new password. Be sure to check your Spam folder.
4. Click the link provided in the email. You will then be redirected and logged in to the platform.
5. You will be prompted to reset your password.
